Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) thirteen (13) years of age or older. Entries will be judged based on : (a)originality, (b) how well the entrant demonstrated that he/she is PussyCat Dolls or Girlicious’ biggest fan, dependant on which Contest is entered, and (c) how well the entrant stuck to the topic in his/her Video, weighed equally.
